Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your product as much as we do! Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for products that have been used or opened. However, any damaged items need to be properly documented, sent to hello@seeyousundae.com within 10 days of delivery and we will replace it as fast as we can.
We currently ship to Canada and The United States, duty-free. Free shipping on all orders over $100.
Canada Orders
- All Canadian orders ship from our Canadian warehouse within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and major holidays
- Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary based on location and carrier
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size
- No duties or import fees apply to Canadian orders
- Applicable taxes (GST/HST/PST) are calculated and collected at checkout
- We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address or for items reported as stolen after delivery
- Refused or unclaimed packages may not be eligible for a refund
- Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
United States Orders
- No duties or import fees apply to US orders
- All United States orders ship domestically from our US-based warehouse within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and major holidays
